Akira Back Bangkok, the innovative fine dining restaurant perched on the top floor of Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, invites diners to discover “The Taste of Summer Truffles” imported from the French Alps and Italy.
Featuring with a choice of four rare delicacies. The evocative aroma, elegant taste, and umami depth of this prized seasonal ingredient can be enjoyed in AB Truffle Mushroom Pizza, a luxurious twist on Akira Back’s signature pizza, or Seared Hokkaido Scallop, which is enhanced with miso cream butter and crispy lotus root. Meat lovers can savour Kagoshima A5 Ribeye, an ultra-tender cut of Wagyu beef accompanied with button Mushrooms, truffle beef jus and sautéed kimchi, and culinary journeys can end with an indulgent dessert: Black Truffle Macaron served with vanilla truffle ganache.

The Taste of Summer Truffles can be experienced at Akira Back Bangkok from 1st July – 31st August (lunch and dinner), with prices starting from Bt390++ per dish. Advance reservation are highly recommended.
