Few ingredients inspire as much anticipation as durian. Celebrated for its rich flavour, creamy texture, and devoted following, the ‘King of Fruits’ takes centre stage at Mill & Co. and Tea & Tipple at Centara Grand at CentralWorld with a limited-time selection of desserts and pastries.

 

Available throughout June and July 2026, the offering showcases Monthong durian through a range of creations designed to highlight its distinctive character. Created by the pastry team at Mill & Co, each dessert explores a different expression of the fruit while allowing its natural qualities to remain at the forefront.

The Durian Brioche combines soft, buttery brioche with smooth durian cream for a comforting afternoon treat. The Durian Double Cheesecake layers creamy textures with the fruit’s unmistakable flavour, while the Durian with Kataifi Chocolate Bar pairs durian with crisp Kataifi pastry and chocolate for a contrasting balance of texture and sweetness. Completing the selection is Monthong with Coconut Mousse, where the tropical flavours of durian and coconut come together in a light and elegant dessert.

 

Served alongside coffee, tea, and seasonal beverages at Mill & Co and Tea & Tipple, the desserts are designed for relaxed afternoons, catch-ups with friends, or a sweet break in the heart of the city.
