ABar Rooftop at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park invites guests to escape to a tropical sanctuary high above the city with “The Piña Fiesta”, a week-long celebration of island-inspired cocktails, creative cuisine, and entertainment.

 

From 25th June – 1st July, the stylish 37th-floor venue will be transformed into a colourful tropical retreat, where island vibes, live DJ beats, breathtaking sunset views, and pineapple-inspired creations come together for an unforgettable evening in the heart of Bangkok.

Couples and friends can mingle at this chic destination, unwind on plush white sofas, soak up the sunset atmosphere, groove to live DJ performances, and sip handcrafted cocktails while taking in sweeping views of Bangkok’s glittering skyline.

 

To mark the occasion, talented mixologists have created three exclusive cocktails featuring premium Teremana Tequila, fresh pineapple, and other high-quality ingredients. Guests can choose from Tropic Halo, a vibrant blend of Teremana tequila, Midori melon liqueur, lime juice, agave syrup, and pineapple juice, and Smoked Paradise, an evocative mix that features Teremana tequila, mezcal and Strega herbal liqueur, elevated with pineapple purée, lime juice, pop & pine syrup, and creamy coconut yogurt. For social revellers, Tepicante Tower is a spectacular sharing option with Teremana tequila, chilli vodka, passionfruit liqueur, basil, tepache, lime juice, and grapefruit soda.

These cocktails can be accompanied with a choice of five handcrafted bites, influenced by beachside cultures around the world. Pineapple Arancini is an Italian-Asian fusion of crispy pineapple fried rice croquettes, cashew nuts, raisins, and curried mayo, while Tortilla Chips with Tequila Pineapple Guacamole is a Mexican influenced plate of crispy tortilla chips with avocado guacamole, grilled pineapple salsa, tequila lime dressing, and coriander.

 

Meat lovers can discover BBQ Pork Rib Skewer, succulent dry-rubbed pork ribs with yellow chilli mango & pineapple sauce, topped with chopped coriander, Spicy Lamb Tostada featuring perfectly tender pulled lamb, smoked paprika, cheddar cheese, pineapple, jalapeño, lime and coriander, and slow-cooked Pineapple-Glazed Beef Rib Fingers, which are fried until crispy and enhanced with a pineapple & tamarind chilli sauce.
