Commencing on the second and fourth Sundays of each month starting from 1st July, the bi- monthly Sense of Sunday Brunch sojourn unfolds from 12.30pm – 4pm. This extended dining time allows for ample opportunity to unwind, reconnect, savour cherished company and experience a culinary odyssey that goes beyond the ordinary.

A dazzling display of the finest premium fresh seafood on-ice is made all the more tempting by the sights and aromas of succulent seafood items served sizzling hot from a live grill station. Japanese culinary elegance is also on show at a dedicated station boasting an array of seasonal sashimi, while sushi connoisseurs can delight in a bounty of ebi, kani, unagi and many other delectable bites from the sea.

 

Extending beyond the delights of the ocean, the new look Sunday Brunch also caters to discerning carnivores with a melt-in-the-mouth beef cheek stew and the juicy tenderness of roasted prime rib. Herb-crusted roast lamb loin offers a touch of sophistication, while à la minute specialties such as ‘lobster themidor’ and ‘Japanese uni pasta’ ensure a truly personalised dining experience. A symphony of flavours awaits cheese aficionados thanks to a premium selection featuring Persillé de chévre, Morbier and Comté premeur, while an extensive array of cold cuts includes a range of cured meats and marinated salmon for those with a more continental palette.
