Nestled on the pristine white sands of Phu Quoc Island’s western coast, Regent Phu Quoc is one of Vietnam’s most celebrated luxury retreats. Recognised by the Michelin Guide’s 2025 Key List, the resort combines private pool villas, six exceptional dining destinations, and an expansive spa and wellness sanctuary. Where Renewal Meets Luxury
From July to October, as the island settles into a quieter, more contemplative rhythm, guests are invited to embrace the season through a thoughtfully curated programme of culinary collaborations, wellness experiences, cultural discoveries and island adventures.
A Season Of Culinary Excellence

At the heart of the season is a celebration of gastronomy. At Oku, Chef Andy Huynh’s omakase experience unfolds through a series of refined courses shaped by seasonality and balance, where Japanese precision meets French sophistication.
The Regent Culinary Residency Series brings acclaimed guest chefs to the island for a series of exclusive events. The Provenance of Piedmont (16th – 19th July) welcomes Chef Tommaso Arrigoni of Locanda La Raia, a Michelin Green Star restaurant located within a biodynamic estate in Italy’s Piedmont region. Across four evenings at Oku and Ocean Club, guests can experience a farm-to-table philosophy rooted in provenance, where Ligurian freshness meets the rich culinary traditions of Piedmont.

On 15th August, An Evening with Ornellaia pairs Chef Andy Huynh’s specially curated omakase menu with wines from one of Italy’s most prestigious estates. The series continues with The Alchemy of Flavour (2nd – 5th September), featuring guest chefs Marcelo and Guillem from hom restaurant in Phuket. Renowned for their innovative approach to fermentation and layered flavours, they will present exclusive dining experiences at Oku alongside a special cocktail collaboration at Bar Jade.
Ocean Club offers a vibrant programme of weekly dining rituals throughout the season. A Cut Above, available every Monday and Thursday, showcases premium cuts beneath spectacular sunset skies, while A Mediterranean Affair transforms the beachfront each Sunday into a celebration of coastal Mediterranean living, featuring a curated tasting journey inspired by the Amalfi Coast. On Saturdays, Rosé by the Sea pairs premium rosé wines with freshly shucked David Hervé No.2 oysters and Kaviari caviar, accompanied by live saxophone as the sun sets over the ocean.

At Rice Market, Vietnamese culinary heritage takes centre stage with a rotating programme of regional specialities. Highlights include seafood hotpot, traditional grilled dishes, prized Cà Mau crab, seasonal Mekong Delta-inspired creations and fresh Phu Quoc rock lobster, offering guests an authentic taste of Vietnam’s rich culinary landscape.
As evening falls, Bar Jade provides an elegant setting inspired by the golden age of luxury rail travel, where resident and guest mixologists craft inventive cocktails in an atmosphere of understated glamour. For sunset seekers, Fu Bar’s adults-only sky terrace offers panoramic ocean views and signature gin-inspired cocktails from golden hour into the evening.
Wellness As Ritual, Renewal As Practice

The season’s spirit of renewal extends to The Spa, where traditional healing practices and contemporary wellness techniques come together in a holistic approach to well-being. Drawing inspiration from local heritage and global expertise, treatments are designed to restore balance to body, mind, and spirit.
A highlight is the Quartz Earth Ritual, a deeply restorative 120-minute experience beginning on a gently heated quartz sand bed with a mineral-rich Dead Sea mud wrap. The treatment continues with a full-body massage using heated sand poultices before concluding with the calming resonance of Tibetan singing bowls.
The spa’s wider wellness programme includes Pathways to Inner Peace treatments such as Welnamis Energy Therapy, Biologique Personnalisé and Harmonious Drainage Therapy. Guests can also participate in Soulful Reflections sessions at the Reset Studio and rooftop pavilion, including Dance Flow Yoga, Cocoon Meditation, and The Intimate Flow for couples.
The Island Unveiled

Beyond the resort, Regent Phu Quoc offers carefully curated experiences that reveal the island’s natural beauty and cultural heritage. Aboard Serenity, the resort’s private catamaran, guests can explore hidden bays and secluded islands through Coastline Cruises, Champagne Sunset Cruises, and bespoke full-day charters, each offering a unique perspective of Phu Quoc’s coastline.
The resort’s signature approach to thoughtful hospitality also extends to Moments by Regent, where weddings and private celebrations are seamlessly tailored and orchestrated against the backdrop of Pearl Island’s natural beauty.

For younger guests, Regent Kids offers a world of creativity, imagination and discovery through interactive spaces and experiences, including the Regent Kids Book Series inspired by the island’s rich cultural heritage.
Adding a cultural dimension to the season, The Gallery presents The Memory of Flowers, a new exhibition by Vietnamese visual artist Pham Tuan Ngoc. On display from July to October 2026, the collection explores the interplay of light, texture and nature through the artist’s distinctive lumen printing technique.

At Regent Phu Quoc, luxury unfolds at the pace of island life. Whether discovering exceptional cuisine, embracing restorative wellness or exploring the beauty of Phu Quoc, guests are invited to experience the season in a setting defined by tranquillity, refinement, and genuine connection.
