Designed as an evening of discovery, the experience guides guests through a series of distinctive rooftop destinations, each offering its own culinary highlights and views of the Bangkok skyline, from sunset cocktails and Spanish-inspired sharing plates to an elegant rooftop dinner, handcrafted chocolates, and Champagne beneath the stars.

The evening begins at UNO MAS on the 54th floor, where guests are welcomed with a glass of Spanish sangria and a selection of signature tapas. Highlights include Gazpacho Andaluz, Gambas Pil Pil, Iberico Ham Croquettes, Patatas Bravas, and the restaurant’s renowned Bikini Sandwich layered with Iberico ham and truffled Manchego.

As the city transitions from golden hour to twilight, the experience continues at Red Sky Restaurant on the 55th floor. Set against sweeping views of Bangkok’s skyline, guests may choose between King Salmon accompanied by asparagus, lemon gel, and butter sauce, or Red Sky’s signature Steak Frites featuring in-house dry-aged Black Angus New York steak served with French fries and Béarnaise sauce.

The journey then ascends to COCOA XO on the 57th floor, where dessert takes centre stage. A selection of handcrafted chocolates is paired with a glass of chocolate grappa, creating a rich and indulgent interlude before the evening’s final chapter.

To conclude, guests are invited to CRU Champagne Bar on the 59th floor. Here, with uninterrupted 360-degree views across Bangkok, a final glass of Champagne provides the perfect accompaniment as the city lights begin to sparkle below.
