At Pagoda Chinese Restaurant, the hotel’s contemporary Cantonese dining destination, Chef Oscar Pun and his talented team will showcase a series of “Kagoshima A5 Wagyu Signatures” – four refined culinary creations that perfectly capture the marbled texture and supreme tenderness of this highly-prized Japanese beef.

Discerning diners can choose from Sichuan-style Boiled Kagoshima Wagyu Beef, Hong Kong-style Clear Soup with Braised Kagoshima Wagyu Beef, Stir-fried Kagoshima Wagyu Beef with Three-Colour Peppers & Red Chilli, and Kagoshima Wagyu Beef Pie with Abalone.
Alternatively, the epicurean experts at Akira Back Bangkok, the innovative Asian restaurant nestled on the top floor of Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, will present the “Essence of Ora King Salmon”. Sustainably raised in the pure waters of New Zealand, this succulent and sustainable seafood is famed for its vivid orange colour and natural marbling.

Four delectable dishes are available this May and June, including Ora King Salmon Pizza, a fresh take on Akira Back’s iconic pizza with umami aioli, white truffle oil and micro shiso; Ora King Salmon Tartare, which blends the raw salmon with nine special condiments, served with salmon roe and brioche toast; a Kombu-Cured Salmon Selection of sashimi, nigiri and hosomaki; and Robata-grilled Ora King Salmon Skewer with citrus-miso glaze, yuzu kosho aioli and lemon.
The “Kagoshima A5 Wagyu Signatures” and “Essence of Ora King Salmon” promotions are both available from 1st May – 30th June.
