All-day dining restaurant Ventisi at Centara Grand at CentralWorld presents a refreshed selection of signature dishes across its International Grand Dinner Buffets, bringing new flavours and premium ingredients to three evenings of dining high above the city.
Available every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6pm – 10.30pm, the buffet combines seafood on ice, live cooking stations, international cuisine, and made-to-order specialities with a rotating collection of weekly highlights designed to offer something different with each visit.

Each night the experience begins with an extensive selection of premium seafood including oysters, mussels, river prawns, slipper lobster, Alaskan crab, and sushi and sashimi, alongside international appetisers, salads, cheeses, and cold cuts. Guests can also enjoy unlimited foie gras prepared to order, carving stations, freshly grilled specialities, Thai favourites, Italian classics, Asian dishes, and a wide selection of desserts and a complimentary half lobster per guest.
Thursday evenings place the spotlight on premium tuna, showcased through a variety of preparations inspired by both Japanese and international seafood traditions. Alongside tuna sashimi, spicy tuna tartare, Nikkei-style tuna tiradito, Thai rice noodle salad rolls with grilled tuna, Russian salad with tuna and Basque-style Marimitako tuna stew, guests can also enjoy grilled tuna and penne with fresh tomato and tuna.

Friday’s Gaucho Night celebrates premium beef and bold flavours inspired by South American-style dining. Alongside premium cuts from the carving station, charcuterie and artisan cheeses, the evening presents an extensive selection of beef dishes from around the world. Highlights include beef tartare, beef carpaccio, massaman nuea, Korean-style beef short rib, Beef Wellington, prime rib, boeuf bourguignon, beef cannelloni, beef teriyaki skewers, Wagyu beef Café de Paris, Japanese-style grilled beef tongue, and Thai boat noodles with beef.
Saturday celebrates crab and other premium seafood with an expanded seafood display featuring Alaskan crab, blue crab, river prawns, slipper lobster, oysters, mussels, and other shellfish. The evening also showcases a variety of crab-focused dishes from both Thai and international cuisines, including deep-fried soft-shell crab with garlic, black pepper crab claw, crab curry with betel leaves, fried rice with crab meat, cream of crab soup, and Thai-style crab with fresh milk.

Set against panoramic views from the 24th floor, Ventisi’s International Grand Dinner Buffets are designed for leisurely evenings shared with family and friends, bringing together live cooking, generous hospitality, and a broad selection of flavours from around the world.
