An Exclusive Dining Experience

Three chefs, one evening, and the vibrant flavours of Spain come together at UNO MAS at Centara Grand at CentralWorld for Tapas & Paella, an exclusive dining experience celebrating Spain’s rich culinary traditions through unlimited tapas, freshly prepared paellas, overlooking the Bangkok skyline.

 

Taking place on 23rd July, the experience brings together three accomplished chefs for an exclusive culinary collaboration. Born in Cádiz, Spain, Chef de Cuisine Borja Terry Borrego of UNO MAS draws inspiration from the diverse regional cuisines of Spain, combining traditional recipes with modern techniques and premium ingredients. He is joined by Chef de Cuisine Luca Russo of Red Sky, whose refined European culinary style brings another dimension to the menu and has also worked at Michelin-starred restaurant in Mallorca, Spain and guest Chef Nicolas Aparicio “Manxeff” of Lievre Gastronómico in Madrid, a chef and culinary creator known for his contemporary approach to cooking and engaging food experiences.

Together, they will present signature creations alongside an unlimited selection of tapas and freshly prepared paellas, with guest chefs also unveiling a selection of exclusive dishes created especially for the occasion.

 

Tapas & Paella takes place on Thursday, 23rd July and is priced at Bt999++ per person and includes unlimited tapas and unlimited paella from 6pm – 8pm.
