High above the pace of the city, UNO MAS at Centara Grand at CentralWorld continues its renowned Champagne Brunch series with afternoons shaped around Spanish cuisine and free-flow Champagne. Taking place on Sunday, 5th July and 2nd August, the experience brings together long-table dining, open kitchen energy, and uninterrupted skyline views across Bangkok.
Led by Chef Borja Terry Borrego, the brunch reflects the relaxed rhythm of dining commonly found across Spain, where meals are shaped around sharing, conversation, and time spent together around the table. Throughout the afternoon, guests may move between seafood displays, live stations, and a selection of Spanish specialities prepared à la minute.

Seafood on ice includes Alaskan king crab, Maine lobster, oysters, and prawns, while the kitchen presents a rotating spread of tapas and warm dishes alongside freshly carved Jamón Ibérico. Additional highlights include A5 Kobe beef sashimi and seasonal creations that shift with the brunch service, encouraging guests to return to the table at their own pace.
For those choosing the Champagne experience, Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut is served throughout the afternoon. Its bright structure and steady character pair naturally with the brunch menu, moving comfortably from shellfish and seafood to cured meats and richer Spanish dishes.

Set within UNO MAS on the hotel’s 54th floor, the brunch combines the openness of a rooftop setting with the atmosphere of a Spanish dining room, where music, conversation, and shared plates carry through the afternoon.
The UNO MAS Champagne Brunch is priced at Bt3,555++ per person including free-flow soft drinks and water, Bt3,999++ including selected alcoholic beverages, and Bt4,555++ including free-flow Veuve Clicquot Champagne and selected drinks. Available on Sunday, 5th July and 2nd August from noon – 3pm at UNO MAS, Centara Grand at CentralWorld. Reservations are highly recommended.
