A Celebration Of Sunday Indulgence
Throughout July, VIU’s renowned Signature Sunday Brunch shines a spotlight on one of the season’s most celebrated ingredients: prawns. The culinary team has curated an elegant menu showcasing both local and imported varieties, allowing guests to savour an array of flavours and cooking styles.

Highlights include delicate Ama Ebi Crudo with passion fruit dressing, creamy Tiger Prawn and Zucchini Risotto, Stir-Fried Sea White Prawns with a rotating Thai-inspired sauce, and perfectly grilled river prawns finished with tomato reduction and dill oil. Alongside these seasonal creations, guests can enjoy the brunch’s much-loved signatures, including the Caviar Trolley, Foie Gras Crostini, Grilled Boston Lobster Tail, and an impressive selection of handcrafted desserts.
Available every Sunday throughout July, on 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th July, the Signature Sunday Brunch is served from 12.30pm – 3.30pm at VIU on Level 12. Cocktails, Tapas, And Friends
On 19th July, The St. Regis Bar welcomes an exciting collaboration celebrating the creativity shaping Southeast Asia’s food and drink scene. Cocktails, Tapas, and Friends brings together some of the region’s most talented bartenders and chefs for an afternoon of inventive cocktails and elevated small plates.

Leading the bar takeover are David Abalayan, Bar Manager of No Entry and recipient of the Rising Star Award at Tatler Best-in-Class Philippines 2026, Kevin Jerrold Corrales, Co-Founder of Problem Child, named Best New Bar at the Tatler Best-in-Class Philippines 2026 awards, and Brian Gonzalez, Beverage Manager of The St. Regis Bar Bangkok.
The cocktail programme is complemented by a specially curated menu of Thai-inspired tapas and desserts created through a collaboration between Chef Naphat Thienarrom of Le Du Kaan by Michelin-starred Chef Ton Thitid Tassanakajohn, together with Chef Pongsakorn Boonruang and Chef Nina Sanda Win of The St. Regis Bangkok.

Taking place from 1pm – 4pm at The St. Regis Bar on Level 12, the experience is priced at Bt1,999 net per person, including free-flow cocktails, wine, beer, soft drinks, and tapas. Guests booking before 12th July can enjoy an early bird rate of Bt1,699 net, while a premium package featuring free-flow Champagne alongside cocktails, wine, beer, soft drinks and tapas is available for Bt4,199 net per person.
