This June and July, Red Sky Restaurant at Centara Grand at CentralWorld invites diners to experience the rich, earthy flavours of black truffle through a limited-time seasonal menu showcasing the ingredient.

 

Featured across a selection of thoughtfully crafted dishes, black truffle lends depth, aroma, and complexity to a menu inspired by refined European flavours. Created to showcase the ingredient’s distinctive character, each dish highlights a balance of premium produce, elegant techniques, and seasonal ingredients.

Parmigiano-filled Fagottelli with wild mushrooms.

 

Guests can begin with Stracciatella paired with marinated red prawns, cured lemons, and black truffle, before moving on to Tagliolini “Red Sky”, combining alpine butter, aged Parmesan, and black truffle. Equally indulgent is the Parmigiano-filled Fagottelli with wild mushrooms, walnuts, and black truffle, while the 72-Hour Slow-Cooked Beef Short Rib served with Jerusalem artichoke and black truffle offers a rich and satisfying finale.

 

Set against sweeping views of Bangkok’s skyline, the seasonal menu captures the atmosphere of leisurely evenings, rooftop dining, and ingredient-led cooking. Available throughout June and July from 5pm – 1am, the Black Truffle Seasonal Menu offers guests the opportunity to enjoy one of the culinary world’s most celebrated ingredients in a setting as memorable as the dishes themselves.
