Set against the backdrop of Hua Hin’s stunning coastline, this month-long promotion highlights four distinctive mussel pot creations, expertly prepared by the resort’s talented culinary team.

Guests can savour the French classic Moules Marinière à la Crème with white wine and herbs, a rich and aromatic Vadouvan curry, a bold Thai red curry with coconut milk served alongside crab fried rice, or Nduja Pasta, featuring spicy ‘nduja butter and Mediterranean flavours. Italian-Thai Buffet @Amber Kitchen
Amber Kitchen’s popular Italian-Thai Buffet returns for one evening only on 24th July, bringing together the vibrant flavours of two much-loved culinary traditions. Accompanied by a curated selection of premium Italian wines, this immersive dining experience celebrates the concept of East meets West in a lively and welcoming atmosphere.

Guests can indulge in an extensive buffet featuring homemade pizzas, freshly prepared pasta, imported cold cuts and artisanal cheeses, alongside authentic Thai salads, stir-fries, and fragrant curries. Perfect for couples, families, and groups of friends, the evening offers a diverse selection of dishes designed to satisfy every taste. Priced at Bt1,399++ per person, the experience includes the buffet dinner and a tasting of five labels from leading Italian wineries. Available from 6pm – 10pm.
Caviar & Bubbles Exclusive Dinner
For one night only on 30th July, Big Fish & Bar will host the Caviar & Bubbles Exclusive Dinner, an elegant five-course dining experience showcasing premium caviar paired with exceptional sparkling wines and Champagne.

The evening begins with a trio of amuse-bouches served alongside Veuve du Vernay Brut Rosé, before moving on to Huso caviar with cold-smoked Norwegian salmon tartare and a perfectly poached organic egg, complemented by Belstar Prosecco D.O.C. The journey continues with Baerii caviar and snow fish fillet, enhanced by a delicate white wine sauce and paired with Crémant de Bourgogne Chardonnay Brut.
The main course features Kaluga caviar and Australian Black Angus tenderloin, accompanied by king crab, a soubise tartlet, braised leeks, and rich kabayaki jus. This luxurious dish is perfectly matched with Champagne Bollinger Special Cuvée Brut NV. To conclude, guests will enjoy a creative dessert of Oscietra caviar and vanilla panna cotta, served with redcurrant, calamansi gel, and hazelnut tuile, accompanied by Champagne Drappier Rosé de Saignée.

Priced at Bt2,995++ per person, the experience includes the five-course caviar dinner and five glasses of sparkling wine and Champagne. The event will be available from 5.30pm – 10pm.
