Asia’s Vibrant Bar Community

The St. Regis Bar Bangkok invites guests to experience the return of Cocktails, Tapas & Friends, the hotel’s signature Sunday social gathering that brings together celebrated bartenders, chefs, music, and elevated hospitality. Taking place this month at The St. Regis Bar, the June Edition spotlights Asia’s vibrant bar community through a collaborative afternoon of contemporary cocktails, refined tapas, and cross-cultural exchange.

Joining the June edition are two distinguished bartenders representing the new wave of contemporary cocktail culture in Asia: Allen Fang from Asian Flush (Shanghai) brings his modern approach to cocktail craftsmanship and dynamic perspective from Shanghai’s evolving bar scene, while Adrian Xu from Bruma (Shenzhen) introduces a creative interpretation inspired by Southern China’s fast-growing cocktail culture.

Together with Brian Gonzalez, Beverage Manager of The St. Regis Bar Bangkok, the guest bartenders will present an exciting lineup of cocktails crafted with the Bacardi portfolio, including Grey Goose, Bombay Sapphire, Dewar’s, and Patrón Tequila, alongside Ruinart Champagne selections.

The culinary experience will feature a special collaboration between Executive Chef Matteo Fontana and Chef Nina Sanda Win of The St. Regis Bangkok, together with Chef Rohit Sharma from Tapori, who will present a collection of refined tapas designed to complement the afternoon’s cocktail journey. Enhancing the experience further, a live DJ will curate vibrant soundscapes that reflect the spirited energy of the occasion and the camaraderie of Asia’s bar community.

Cocktails, Tapas & Friends’s June Edition will take place on Sunday, 21st June, from 1pm – 4pm at The St. Regis Bar, Level 12, The St. Regis Bangkok. Regular admission is priced at Bt1,999 net per person inclusive of free-flow beverages and complimentary tapas (early bird pricing is Bt1,699 net, when book before 14th June), while the Champagne package is available at Bt4,199 net per person. An à la carte menu will also be available.
