Ventisi Restaurant at Centara Grand at CentralWorld presents Saturday Crab Night as part of its Sip & Sizzle International Grand Dinner Buffets, transforming Saturday evenings into a celebration of crab through a wide-ranging selection of dishes inspired by both Asian and international cuisines.
Available every Saturday on the hotel’s 24th floor, the buffet is priced at Bt2,590++ per person, including unlimited foie gras and a complimentary half lobster per guest. Beverage packages are also available from Bt149++ per person.

Like the other rotating weekly highlights offered throughout the programme, Saturday evenings place crab at the heart of the experience. Guests can explore a variety of preparations including deep-fried soft-shell crab with garlic, black pepper crab claw, crab curry with betel leaves, fried rice with crab meat, steamed snow crab legs, cream of crab soup, baked pasta rolls with crab and spinach, and tagliolini with crab and spicy tomato sauce. Further highlights include stir-fried crab meat with yellow curry powder and crab with fresh milk, showcasing both familiar favourites and regional flavours.
The evening begins with an extensive seafood-on-ice display featuring Alaskan crab, blue crab, river prawns, slipper lobster, crab claws, mussels, and oysters. Freshly shucked Fine de Claire and Surat Thani oysters are served with mignonette, lemon wedges, seafood sauce, and cocktail sauce.

Beyond the crab-focused offerings, guests can enjoy grilled river prawns, lobster Thermidor, sole meunière, roasted prime rib, grilled lamb chops, pan-fried foie gras with balsamic reduction and wild rocket, sushi and sashimi, international specialities, Thai favourites, and live cooking stations prepared throughout the evening.
An extensive dessert selection rounds off the experience, featuring Basque cheesecake, sticky finger toffee pudding, Thai sweets, tropical fruits, Thai-style shaved ice desserts, and coconut ice cream brioche buns.

Set against sweeping views of Bangkok from the 24th floor, Saturday Crab Night offers a relaxed weekend dining experience where premium seafood, live cooking, and generous buffet selections come together in one of the city’s most vibrant dining settings from 6pm – 10.30pm.
