Unlimited freshly prepared dishes take centre stage at Thai Brunchderful Weekend, a vibrant monthly dining experience at EKKALUCK, Madi Paidi Bangkok, Autograph Collection, conveniently located near BTS Thong Lo. Bringing together bold Thai flavours and a lively social atmosphere, the brunch features unlimited char-grilled Ayutthaya River prawns, alongside free-flow access to more than 20 beverages.
Held on the first Saturday of each month (2nd May, 6th June and 4th July, from 1pm – 4pm), this premium “go-local” brunch celebrates à la minute Thai cuisine, with dishes prepared to order using high-quality local ingredients. At the heart of the experience are the signature char-grilled river prawns, served with classic Thai seafood sauce, while the wider menu reflects a balance of traditional flavours and modern creativity. Highlights include Thai-style charcoal-grilled Wagyu beef with tamarind chilli sauce, spicy shrimp and lychee salad with Thai herbs, and a creamy tom yum-inspired omelette with shrimp.

Comforting favourites such as stir-fried rice noodles with crispy pork belly and chilli garlic sauce, and deep-fried seabass on rice with marinated egg yolk, sit alongside contemporary interpretations including smoked salmon with Thai holy basil pesto on sourdough and a plant-based Northern Thai tomato chilli pasta inspired by nam prik ong. A curated buffet complements the made-to-order dishes, featuring charcuterie, baked Thai herbal seabass and desserts such as Marian plum cheesecake pie and traditional Thai coconut ice cream with classic toppings.
The experience is further enhanced at EKKALUCK Bar, where a welcome Sato shot sets the tone, followed by free-flow access to a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. In collaboration with Avantcha, the drinks offering includes wines, sparkling wine, Thai-inspired cocktails, matcha and refreshing mocktails, creating a well-rounded pairing for the menu.

Adding to the occasion, contemporary lotus flower installations debut on 2nd May and evolve monthly, transforming the venue into a visually engaging and photogenic setting that reflects current design trends.
Guests can choose from three brunch packages, with early bird rates available for advance bookings. Options range from a food-focused experience featuring unlimited freshly made dishes and a non-alcoholic welcome drink, to a drinks-led package with free-flow beverages, and a combined food and drink experience that includes an additional jumbo grilled river prawn alongside the unlimited selection.
