K by Vicky Cheng, the Michelin Selected modern Cantonese restaurant perched on the 56th floor of EA Rooftop at The Empire in Bangkok, is introducing a new weekend ritual with the launch of K’s Signature Brunch. Debuting on 27th June, this elevated dining experience combines Chef Vicky Cheng’s contemporary Cantonese cuisine with free-flow beverages, live entertainment, and panoramic city views.
Blending the elegance of traditional dim sum culture with the vibrant energy of a rooftop brunch, the experience begins with a selection of welcome bites before guests embark on a leisurely feast of comforting soups, unlimited handcrafted dim sum, and signature small plates. Highlights include premium dumplings, steamed buns, and a variety of Cantonese-inspired specialities, all designed for sharing among family and friends.

For the main course, diners can choose one of K by Vicky Cheng’s signature dishes, including the restaurant’s acclaimed Char Siu Barbecue Iberico Pork, alongside a choice of rice or noodle dishes. The afternoon concludes with an array of bite-sized desserts, from Mango Pomelo Sago with Coconut Ice Cream to Mango Mochi and Salted Egg Custard Buns.
Enhancing the atmosphere, live performances from a singer and pianist create a relaxed yet sophisticated setting, while guests can elevate the occasion with two hours of free-flow beverages, including wines, cocktails, prosecco or Taittinger Champagne.
K’s Signature Brunch is available on the last Saturday of each month – 27th June, 25th July and 29th August – from 11.30am – 3pm. Priced at Bt2,480++ per adult and Bt880++ per child (aged 4 – 12), children under four dine free when accompanied by a paying adult. Free-flow beverage packages start from Bt1,480++ per person.
