On Thursday, 25th June, as the setting sun casts its golden glow across the skies above Jomtien Beach and the Gulf of Thailand, guests can step onto this stylish 15th floor terrace and experience “Suntory Highball Night”, as Torien’s talented mixologists shake up free-flow highball cocktails.

Four special concoctions will be available, each expertly crafted using Suntory’s premium spirits. The Haku Calpis Highball blends Haku Vodka with yuzu juice, coconut syrup, and grapefruit soda, while the Roku Melon Iced Tea Highball is a vibrant mix of Roku Gin, Midori melon liqueur, yuzu juice, matcha syrup, and 7-Up. The Toki Mango Tea Highball is a tropical cocktail of Toki Whisky, Japanese mango tea, mango syrup, and soda water, and the Suntory Highball is a simple yet sublime blend of Japan’s best-selling whisky, topped with soda water.

These elegant beverages can be paired with a selection of Japanese-inspired canapés from Torien Rooftop and Bar’s talented chefs. Guests can look forward to Unagi & Tamago (barbecued eel with sweet omelet, sansho pepper, and eel sauce), Snapper Chimichurri Tart (crispy mini tartlet filled with white snapper, chimichurri sauce, and fish roe), and Zucchini Eggplant Miso (a zucchini roll filled with eggplant, tossed in miso sauce, walnut, and onion). Throughout the evening, a live DJ will be spinning tunes to set the mood.

With its authentic izakaya vibe, refined Japanese cuisine and panoramic vistas, Torien Rooftop and Bar elevates the art of social dining to new heights on Thailand’s Eastern Seaboard. Suntory Highball Night will be staged on 25th June (6pm – 8pm), priced at Bt600++ per person for free-flow Suntory cocktails and pass-around canapés.
