Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, the landmark hotel in the heart of Sukhumvit, is inviting couples, colleagues, friends, and families to enjoy a series of premium dining events this June and July, celebrating the finest sustainably sourced local prawns from Thailand’s tropical seas. Renowned for its diverse culinary offerings, the hotel will showcase the freshness, quality, and natural flavours of a variety of local prawn species across two distinctive dining concepts.
At The Siam Tea Room, these ocean-fresh delicacies are paired with unique Thai ingredients, including toddy palm, malindjo leaves and madan fruit, to create a contemporary interpretation of traditional Thai cuisine. Highlights include Grilled Tiger Prawns with Spicy Mango Salad and Crispy Prawns, Coconut Milk Soup with White Leg Prawns and Malindjo Leaves, Crispy-fried Banana Prawns with Madan Sauce and Bitter Lemon Zest, and Spiced Yellow Curry with Toddy Palm and White Leg Prawns.

Meanwhile, Goji Kitchen + Bar will present its “Ocean Catch Prawn Feast” from 26th June – 5th July, featuring five premium prawn varieties: giant tiger, red sea, Australian king, white leg and, banana prawns. Prepared using a range of techniques including grilling, stir-frying, baking, steaming, and chilling, the menu will also include refined raw selections such as sashimi, ceviche, tartare, and carpaccio.

Available during the restaurant’s international buffets, lunches, and signature Sunday brunch, the feast will be complemented by an extensive selection of seafood on ice, premium oysters, sushi, sashimi, and international specialities, creating a vibrant and indulgent dining experience.
