Weekends at UNO MAS are made for long lunches and easy conversation, with a menu that brings together the flavours and traditions of Spain in a setting high above the city.
Available every Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday (excluding the first Sunday of each month) from noon – 4pm, the UNO MAS Weekend Lunch is priced at Bt1,790++ per person. Beverage packages start from Bt149++, including unlimited soft drinks, water, coffee, and tea.

Served as a leisurely weekend experience, the menu moves through a selection of Spanish plates inspired by coastal cooking, regional recipes, and the shared-table culture that defines dining across Spain. Guests can start with perfectly dressed oysters, thinly sliced salmon with citrus dressing, or beef tartare served with potato mille-feuille and truffle mayo. Other dishes include tuna tartare with Córdoba-style creamy tomato purée and creamy potato salad with tuna belly.
Main course selections continue across both seafood and meat dishes. Highlights include croquettes filled with Ibérico ham and mushroom, sea bass served with cauliflower purée, garlic, and paprika dressing, Spanish-style rotisserie chicken, grilled squid with garlic and herbs, and creamy seafood rice with river prawns. The menu also features sizzling garlic prawns, Andalusian-style fried mixed seafood, Rioja-style stewed octopus, slow-cooked Wagyu beef cheek, crispy pork belly in Moruno sauce, and grilled marinated lamb chops prepared in the chef’s signature style.

To finish, the dessert selection turns to Spanish classics, including crema Catalana, traditional churros with chocolate sauce, and flan.
