This new seasonal afternoon tea collection is a beautiful tribute to the Japanese spring, a time of renewal, delicate beauty, and the gentle unfolding of nature.

 

In Japan, the word ‘Haru’ carries with it the spirit of vitality and the fleeting elegance of the cherry blossom. This sense of quiet transition serves as the inspiration for an experience that blends the sophisticated charm of Japanese tradition with modern luxury. Set against the panoramic backdrop of the Bangkok skyline, the afternoon tea experience provides a sanctuary of refined tranquillity, allowing guests to unwind and immerse themselves in a mesmerising atmosphere that feels both intimate and sophisticated.

The journey through the Haru Afternoon Tea begins with an array of sweet creations designed to evoke the imagery of a garden in full bloom. Guests can savour the traditional textures of Sakura Mochi, and Japanese Dango, which sit elegantly alongside the Ispahan Choux a delicate harmony of rose, raspberry, and lychee. The story continues with the Cherry and Cream Cheese Mont Blanc Tart, and the Strawberry Almond & Mascarpone Mousse Cake, each offering a velvety richness. For those seeking a bright finish, the Yogurt & Açai Macaron and the Raspberry & Lemon Marshmallow provide a playful citrus sparkle, while the Chocolate Bon Bon wit Lychee Crunch adds a final touch of sophisticated indulgence.

 

The experience is further elevated by a selection of savoury delicacies that showcase culinary innovation. The Aka Ebi with Red Dragon Fruit and Ebiko offers a refreshing coastal bite, while the Rose, Lychee, Ikura, and Yuzu presents a sophisticated blend of floral notes and bright citrus. Guests will also discover the bold character of the Chiang Mai Tomato Bloody Mary and the Phuket Coconut, Watermelon and Cream Cheese, which brings a tropical resonance to the spring afternoon.
