Uno Mas, the popular Spanish restaurant located within the luxurious Centara Grand at CentralWorld, is thrilled to announce an exciting new dining option for the weekend. Starting on Saturday 15th June, the restaurant will offer a special all-you-can-eat lunch buffet featuring a rich array of Spanish culinary delights.

 

Chef Roberto Gonzalez Alonso has masterfully crafted a menu that traverses the vibrant landscapes of Spain’s cuisine. The lunch begins with an array of appetisers such as Octopus Salad with orange and pomegranate, Salmon Belly with miso and vegetables and Crab Tartare with avocado and caviar. Main courses offer a variety of sumptuous dishes including Tuna Loin with tomato chutney, Crispy Pork Belly ‘Torrezno’ with paprika mashed potato, Beef Cheeks in red wine stew with black trumpet mushroom purée and Crispy Chicken Roll Flamenquin with ham and Tetilla cheese.

Dessert is an affair to remember with choices like creamy Basque Cheesecake, traditional Brazo Gitano, Crema Catalana, Churros with chocolate sauce and Pantxineta.

 

To complement the feast, Uno Mas offers a selection of beverage packages starting at Bt149++ which includes unlimited soft drinks, water, coffee and tea. For those looking for more spirited options, packages for free-flow sangria, Spanish draught beer, cocktails and other standard beverages start at Bt699++, and the ultimate beverage selection that includes sparkling wine, white and red wine is available for Bt999++.
