The Japanese Wine Dinner event offers a sensory journey through a meticulously crafted menu, each course expertly matched with Japanese wines, showcasing the richness of flavours and cultural artistry.


The 5-course dinner menu includes Gari Tomato paired with Etude of the Wind, Nagano 2021; Sushi and Sashimi complemented by Takahata Classic Chardonnay, Yamagata 2023; Hokkaido Scallop accompanied by the smooth textures of The Here and Now, Yamanashi 2021; Madai Sea Bream complemented by the rich flavors of Coco Rose, Nagano 2022; and Japanese Cheesecake paired with A Certain Series Pinot Rose, Hokkaido 2020.
