Akira Back Bangkok, the innovative and inspiring Asian restaurant on the 37th floor of Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, is inviting guests to discover the exclusive AB Steak – a compelling cross-cultural promotion that will delight meat lovers this July and August.


Hotel guests, local residents and all other fans of fine gastronomy are invited to experience a bold mix of flavours with a series of sublime dishes that blend Chef Akira Back’s Korean heritage with the vibrant spirit of an American steakhouse. With succulent steaks and inventive fusion dishes, this enticing à la carte menu is sure to stimulate the senses and inspire the imagination.

A choice of dishes that feature premium Wagyu cuts.


Guests can discover a choice of premium cuts of Wagyu beef MB7/8, dry-aged for 21 days then char-grilled to perfection in Josper grill by the culinary experts at Akira Back. A choice of Striploin (Bt550++ per 100 grams) or Prime Rib (Bt690++ per 100 grams) steaks is available, served with creamy black pepper sauce, chimichurri and kizami wasabi.


Alternatively, Akira Back’s signature Wagyu Pizza (Bt740++) is enlivened with fresh Wagyu beef slices, umami aioli and white truffle oil, while Tteok & Cheese (Bt380++), a Korean rice cake and cheese dish, is a unique side dish inspired by mac & cheese. Potato Jorim (Bt280++) features Korean-style braised baby potatoes in a sweet and savoury sauce serve on potato puree.
