The inaugural ‘Women’s Retreat: Nature & Self-Growth’ at Buahan, a Banyan Tree Escape, delivered a transformative experience for women, blending holistic personal empowerment with the serene natural splendour of Bali. As part of the journey, participants engaged in workshops and one-on-one sessions based on the Group’s eight pillars of well-being which encompass elements vital to mental, physical and emotional health, ranging from Rest and Nourishment to Groundness, Growth, Connection, Movement, Practice and Mindfulness.
