The confluence of three waterfront landscapes – France’s temperate Côte d’Azur, Thailand’s karst island-dotted Andaman Sea and the life-giving oceans of Japan – reveals an exquisite experience that showcases the exceptional vision of three acclaimed culinary talents.

For two days only, Côte by Mauro Colagreco, renowned for its delicately layered flavours from the Mediterranean Riviera, will set the stage for a star-studded gastronomic journey. Three distinguished chefs will present a unique dining experience exclusively for Bangkok’s most discerning gourmands.

 

Reflecting the language of Japan’s tea ceremonies and intertwining the country’s diverse ecology from mountain to sea, L’Effervescence stands as one of Asia’s most prominent dining destinations. Chef Shinobu’s intricate culinary techniques and deep reverence for natural ingredients have earned the restaurant three Michelin stars and a Green Star.

In Bangkok, Chef Tam, the first Thai female chef to receive two Michelin stars, transforms local ingredients into a mesmerising culinary journey at her beautiful garden restaurant Baan Tepa. The exceptional creations of these two chefs will harmoniously merge with the inventiveness and meticulous techniques of Chef Davide, the recipient of the Michelin Young Chef Award 2023.

 

Diners are invited to embark on an exceptional dinner experience by Chef Shinobu and Chef Davide on Thursday, 18th July from 6pm – 10pm. Then, on Friday, 19th July, Chef Tam will join the duo for lunch (from 12.30pm – 2.30pm) and dinner (from 6pm – 10pm).

 

For a deep-dive into the world of conscious consumerism and eco-friendly eating, diners are invited to a 60-minute pre-lunch masterclass on Friday, 19th July. The session will be led by Celia Lam, founder of Sustainable Food + Wellness, who will introduce the concept of Slow Food Movement and bring its mission to life through a hands-on sustainable cooking workshop.

Lunch and dinner are available for Bt12,000 net per person. Wine pairing option by Head Sommelier Sabino Iacobone is also available. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Labour Protection Network (LPN), supporting the lives and education of underprivileged children in rural Thailand.
