Chef de Cuisine Luca Rosso has crafted a menu that highlights the finest, locally-sourced white asparagus spears. Diners can embark on their culinary journey with the Poached Lobster a luxurious creation featuring succulent lobster and poached white asparagus and prized morel mushrooms (Bt1,850++). For a truly decadent experience, the White Asparagus Velouté with Foie Gras-Filled Seared Morel Mushrooms is a must-try (Bt950++). This creamy creation offers a delightful textural contrast between the smooth velouté and the rich foie gras within each perfectly seared morel.

Chef Luca continues to celebrate spring with Pan-Seared Fillet Turbot presented alongside a gratin of white asparagus, the sweetness of the vegetable perfectly balanced by a classic Hollandaise sauce (Bt1,950++).
