Reap Factory, the vibrant all-day dining destination at Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok Sukhumvit 20, has announced the launch of its new a la carte menu, as it invites diners to discover enticing Thai and international dishes that highlight local, seasonal and sustainable ingredients in a comforting farmhouse kitchen-style atmosphere.

 

This bright and inviting restaurant, which celebrates the bounty of a successful harvest, is overseen by Executive Chef Teerathep Tishabhiromya, an award-winning culinary expert with more than 15 years of experience in Thailand and Australia. Together with his talented team, Chef Teerathep has created a network of responsible suppliers – including sustainable Thai farms, fisheries and Royal Projects – which provide Reap Factory with the finest and freshest produce.

Classic Italian fare: Pizza and Pasta.

 

Available daily for lunch and dinner from May 2024 onwards, the new à la carte menu will transport guests on a global voyage with authentic dishes from around the world. Every meal can start on a light and healthy note with ‘The Greens’, a choice of crisp and colourful dishes like the signature Harvest Salad, which only uses organic Thai produce such as cheese from Hua Hin and vegetables from the Royal Project in Chiang Mai, plus a series of ‘Savory Plates’ and ‘Soup Kettles’, including the Thai favourite Tom Yum Goong Nam Khon (spicy & sour milk soup with prawns).

 

For those seeking a light yet fulfilling meal, the ‘Between Bread’ selection features sumptuous sandwiches and burgers, such as the signature Mighty Mo Burger, which uses premium ground Thai Wagyu beef, and the new Veggie Chip Butty Burrito, while ‘The Classics’ showcases mouthwatering main courses like Fish & Chips, Tri-Colour Beef and Oyakodon, a traditional Japanese rice bowl. The ‘Pasta House’ will let guests create their own perfect Italian bowl with a variety of pastas and sauces, and a ‘Gourmet Pizza menu offers plenty of tempting toppings.

For a touch of spice, try Flavours from India.

 

Diners can treat their taste buds to ‘Flavours From India’ with Tandoori Chicken Tikka, Indian Butter Chicken and more, and the famous flavours of the ‘Land of Smiles’ can be enjoyed with an extensive array of ‘Thai Favourites’ including Pad Ka Pao (minced chicken, pork, beef or prawns in spicy holy basil sauce), Massaman Gai (massaman curry with organic, free-range chicken), Pad Thai (wok-tossed noodles with Surat Thani prawns) and many more.

 

Naturally, every meal can end with a selection of the ‘Sweetest Treats’, delectable Thai and international desserts such as the Coconut Panna Cotta using locally-harvested coconuts, and Pumpkin Crème Brûlée, a Thai-inspired dessert using Royal Project pumpkins. The extensive beverage menu features fine wines, cold beers, premium spirits, creative cocktails & mocktails, sublime smoothies and cool shakes.

Reap Factory’s à la carte menu is available daily until 10pm, and prices start from just Bt220++ per dish. A new ‘All You Can Eat’ option will be available from May 2024, priced at just Bt1,290++ per person including soft drinks, coffee and tea (for four hours).
