The New Shareitage Menu

IGNIV Bangkok celebrates its Swiss roots with the introduction of the new Shareitage Menu, beautifully combining original Swiss flavours and playful presentations through a culinary journey designed to be shared.

 

This gastronomic sharing experience draws inspiration from the birthplace of IGNIV, spotlighting the rich diversity of Swiss gastronomy which is renowned for its rich and hearty dishes, influenced by the diverse cultures within Switzerland, including famous cheeses, chocolates, and Alpine recipes. Head Chef David Hartwig and his team capture the simplicity and the use of fresh ingredients evocative of Swiss cuisine, to create a sharing dining experience for which IGNIV is known. Featured ingredients are carefully selected for their quality and heritage, with a particular highlight on the Cheese Fondue, using the secret recipe of David’s grandfather.

At the heart of Swiss culinary tradition is the beloved fondue, a centrepiece of the Shareitage Menu which embodies this communal spirit by inviting diners to share a pot of melted cheese – blend of Gruyère, Appenzeller, and Vacherin Swiss cheeses – making it a social and interactive meal. This sharing aspect of cheese fondue mirrors the concept behind IGNIV, where the focus is on connecting people together through a shared dining experience, offering a modern twist on traditional Swiss cuisine by serving classic, traditional dishes designed to be shared.

 

Each of the 14 dishes in the Shareitage Menu combines tradition and modernity in both presentation and preparation style, including Beef Tartare—Potato Chips—Onion, Doughnut—Caviar—Smoked Trout and White Asparagus—Lemon—Morels—Truffle. The dessert selection celebrates Swiss confectionery excellence with Toblerone Mousse, a nod to the renowned Swiss chocolate, and traditional Swiss desserts like Caramel Köpfli. Complete the culinary journey with a choice of house-made macarons, fruit jellies, chocolates and other sweets from IGNIV’s signature Candy Store to enjoy with coffee or tea, or to take home.

The Shareitage Menu at IGNIV Bangkok is available daily for dinner from 6pm – 11pm (last order 8.30pm) for Bt7,700++ per person. This menu will be refreshed seasonally and is available until 31st May. Enhance your dining experience with Dom Pérignon Champaign, available by the glass or bottle.
