A Century-Old Cooling Remedy

Stay cool during summertime in a traditional palace-style manner with the treasured culinary tradition, khao chae. Experience a century-old cooling remedy served with an array of ten meticulously crafted condiments at Bangkok Baking Company (BBCO), JW Marriott Bangkok.

Under the skilled hands of Chef Ploy Pornticha Jansavang, Thai Chef at Bangkok Baking Company (BBCO), the artistry of Thai cuisine is presented through the delicate preparation of khao chae. Each step of the process is thoughtfully executed, beginning with the cooking of Jasmine rice, steamed to perfection with the subtle aroma of candle-scented and soaked in floral water.
