Luxurious Lobster Promotion
Pagoda Chinese Restaurant, the award-winning Cantonese dining destination at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, is celebrating the start of 2024 with the Luxurious Lobster promotion, an exclusive new offer that showcases the world’s most sublime seafood in a series of creative Cantonese styles.
For an extended period, hotel guests and local residents are invited to savour three of the world’s finest varieties of lobster: Boston lobster (Bt380 / 100g), Tasmanian lobster (Bt880 / 100g) and Phuket lobster (Bt780 / 100g). These highly auspicious delicacies, which turn bright red when cooked and are thought to resemble dragons – are considered symbols of good fortune in Chinese culture. This makes them the perfect way to mark the start of the “Year of the Dragon.”
Five delectable dishes have been crafted by Chef Oscar Pun and his talented team, allowing every guest to embark on a personalised culinary journey. Diners can choose from lobster sashimi, which has been carefully prepared to highlight the sweet flavour and succulent texture of the fresh lobster, lobster baked in thickened superior stock, for a rich and rewarding dining experience, or lobster steamed with fragrant garlic and glass noodles, for a vibrant taste sensation.
Alternatively, guests can explore the bold and lively flavours of southwest China’s Sichuan province with Chef Oscar’s heavenly lobster stir-fried with ginger and spring onions and the tantalizing lobster stir-fried with chili and salt. With 45 days to discover these special dishes, lobster fans have plenty of opportunities to return and enjoy each of these gastronomic delicacies.
The Luxurious Lobster promotion is available from 15th January – 29th February, for lunch (11.30am – 2.30pm) and dinner (6pm – 10pm).
