At Praya Kitchen, guests will be treated to an extensive buffet showcasing a myriad of flavours and cuisines. Highlighting the buffet is the exquisite signature seafood wall, boasting an array of over 10 locally sourced seafood varieties.
Diners are invited to explore the culinary wonders across various food stations, including a Japanese vibe at the Kissuisen Omakase Counter; a Chinese Counter featuring Chinese salads with jelly fish and steam chicken Szechuan; Peking duck; fish maw soup; house-made dim sum; hand-pulled noodles; Thai specialties spanning Mekhong-flamed pork ribs; mud crab omelettes; rock lobster tom yam noodles; miang pla pao; moo yang Trang; Thai desserts; and many more.
As an added delight, guests can head to the Praya Lounge area for a complimentary cooking classes conducted by talented chefs from the hotel’s restaurants. Immerse yourself in the art of culinary creation and take away new skills, all free of charge (limited to only 20 persons per day).
