Eleven Wings Of November

CRAFT at Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok has unveiled a new and daring Eleven Wings of November, a lineup of eleven chicken wing flavours crafted by 11 of the hotel’s talented chefs. Each culinary master puts their own spin on the crowd-favourite appetiser, the chicken wings.

 

These finger-licking good culinary creations will be available exclusively from 11th November until 11th December 2023, at Bt310 per set, inclusive of nine wings and a choice of French fries or curly fries. The Eleven Wings of November is set to revolutionise the way chicken wings are experienced in Bangkok.

 

 

Renowned for not settling for the ordinary, Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok presents these eleven innovative flavours to spice up your dining adventure. The creative wings include: Sichuan Chilli By Chef Moo; Honey Soy By Chef Tong; Sweet & Spicy Peanut By Chef Poom; Mala & Cheese By Chef Nuni; Crunchy Turmeric By Chef Nui; Chipotle Butter By Chef Bam; Coconut Curry By Chef Gun; Singaporean Black Pepper By Chef Bank; Five-Spice By Chef Aum; Turkish Spice By Chef Kong; and Esquite Mexican Style By Chef Lamberto.

 

 

CRAFT has also introduced a new jolly Crafty Creations: Festive Edition, a lineup of five delightful new drinks. Bursting with bright, festive flavours, these new drinks include: Festive Au Lait; Holidays In Siam; Very Merry Strawberry; Crafty Horchata; and Dragon’s Blend. These delicious drinks are now available, each priced at Bt280.
