
H.E. Mrs. Sibille de Cartier d’Yves, Ambassador of Belgium to Thailand, was the guest-of-honour at the grand opening of Hybrid Restaurant & Wine Bar at Mahatun Plaza recently. On hand to welcome other distinguished guests, friends and members of the press were the restaurant’s own Chef Sasha Yodying Phoomcharoen and Jean-Louis Graindorge, Managing Director of Hybrid-Cuisine Co., Ltd.
Chef Sasha’s unique cuisine is a celebration of the diversity of flavours and cultures where traditional Thai ingredients merge with Italian techniques for a one-of-a kind dining experience. Hybrid Restaurant & Wine currently offers three degustation set menus with an additional option for wine pairing from its large selection of imported wines from all over the world as well as the best from Thailand. Hybrid is open Tuesday to Saturday from 5pm – midnight.
