Sensational Seasonal Tasting Menu
Red Sky Restaurant on the 55th floor of Centara Grand at CentralWorld, is inviting diners to experience its new sensational seasonal tasting menu that should not be missed during the month of June. Enjoy these new culinary delights whilst taking in the 360-degree panoramic views of Bangkok’s city skyline.
Two outstanding ingredients come into play this month: girolle mushrooms and cherries. The girolle might be a small mushroom but it is certainly not shy on flavour. They can be foraged for in the summer season and their peppery flavour adds potency to many dishes. Whereas seasonal fruit cherries bring the sweetness of summer and add a vibrant shade to any dish.
There are a number of special dishes, which are all available alongside the restaurant’s full a la carte menu. Created by Chef de Cuisine, Christian Ham, these seasonal tasting dishes can be enjoyed at Red Sky Restaurant.
Red Sky’s new Seasonal Girolles and Cherries dishes to look out for include; Pan-Seared Foie Gras Fresh Cherries (Bt855 ++); Green Pea Velouté tiger prawn, Golden Girolle Mushrooms, almonds (Bt755++); Crispy Duck Leg Confit caramelised endive, cherry sauce (Bt1,750++); Ayveron Lamb Duo: roasted lamb chop, stewed shoulder fresh girolles and dried fruits (Bt1,855++); and Cherry Clafoutis pistachio ice cream (Bt355++).
The seasonal menu is available until 30th June 2022 at Red Sky Restaurant on the 55 floor of Centara Grand at CentralWorld daily from 5pm – 12.30am.
