In the midst of a lavish spread is The Dining Room’s towering seafood island, adorned with only the freshest treasures the oceans have to offer, such as rock lobsters, pacific white shrimps and New Zealand mussels. Taking the spotlight for the evening buffet are sea crabs and freshly shucked oysters. The eye-catching carving corner also delights the appetite with only the best of prime quality meats, including juicy Australian lamb racks with red-wine and champignon sauce, as well as prime sirloin steak garnished with peppercorn sauce.
It is at this splendid feast where Western flavours and Asian essences unite to deliver refined dining delights. Diners will see various beloved dishes from around the world such as French artisanal Beef Bourguignon and Chicken Roulade with Dijon Cream Sauce, the Italian classics of pasta and pizza, Indian-spiced lamb rack, Singaporean Bak kut teh, and Thai Khao soi. An alluring display of fresh Japanese-grade sushi and sashimi as well as Chinese dim sum and fish maw soup concludes the extravagant arrangement.
For those looking for a perfect starter, look no further than the featured high-end cured hams and meats, while carefully-aged artisanal picks of imported cheese from the beloved Les Frères Marchand of Nancy, France, are an ideal way to begin your feasting.
The last act in this marvellous culinary journey is a delectable display of sweet sensations, with ever-popular classics like lime cheesecake, pear tart, Opera cake, almond tart, chocolate crumble cake, and a divine array of Thai traditional desserts, like mango & sticky rice. Live dessert stations for Tiramisu and Belgian waffles and a lineup of handmade ice creams wait to be tasted.
