As spring gives way to summer in the northern hemisphere, chefs around the world are looking forward to working with fresh, green produce. This is also true here in Bangkok as these delicate, green flavours will pair particularly well with the summer seafood menu designed by the gifted culinary team at Red Sky.
Celebrate the summer season with seafood specialties prepared by talented Chef de Cuisine Christian Ham as he invites diners to enjoy seafood at its best season, with special menus for a limited time only. Enjoy the perfect combination of artistic finesse with seafood on a plate and benefit from its comprehensive nutrition.
Red Sky’s lip-smacking list of Seasonal Spring Seafood dishes start from Bt555++ and include Mediterranean Tuna Carpaccio Purple artichoke salad, citrus and tomato jelly (Bt850++), Spring Green Pea Velouté Roasted tiger prawn, aromatic oil, vadouvan crisp (Bt555++), Pan-Seared Hokkaido Scallops White asparagus, violet potato mousseline black truffle mousse, roasted purple artichoke (Bt1,350++), Pan-Seared Cod Contemporary vierge sauce stuffed zucchini flower (Bt1,450++), and Whole Roasted Seabass (600g) Rosemary and garlic, roasted asparagus and sun dried tomatoes (Bt1,850++).
Please note that the tantalising new seafood-based starters and mains are available alongside Red Sky’s normal a la carte and tasting menus. Dinner services at Red Sky Restaurant run from 5pm – 12.30am until the end of May 2022.
