Made fresh every day at Ventisi and Zing, durian lovers have a choice of 12 different sweet treats priced from, with prices starting at just Bt45++ per piece. The delectable durian delicacies include Durian Double Cheesecake (Bt180++ / piece); Durian Tiramisu (Bt180++ / piece); Kanyao Durian white Chocolate Truffle with Green Durian Skin (Bt45++ / piece); Durian Strawberry Chocolate Truffle (Bt45++ / piece); Chocolate Durian Opera Cake (Bt180++ / piece); Durian & Coconut Mousse (Bt180++ / piece); and Monthong Ice Cream (Bt180++ / cup).
There is also a new durian menu created by the hotel’s experienced Executive Pastry Chef that included Purple Sweet Potato Durian Roll (Bt180++ / piece); Macaroon Sticky Rice with Durian (Bt180++ / piece); Durian Pop (Bt180++ / piece); Chiffon Coconut Cream with Durian (Bt180++ / piece); and Durian Pandan Shortcake (Bt180++ / piece).
Guests can also enjoy a unique Durian Afternoon Tea featuring a variety of durian delicacies alongside traditional scones with durian jam and a choice of hot beverages for Bt888++ per set for two people, served daily at Ventisi restaurant and Zing bakery.
