Start your culinary journey through France with Huîtres en Persillade.

The story sets out with mouth-watering entrées such as Huîtres en Persillade – juicy Fine de Claire oysters baked in parsley butter, garlic and crispy croutons; Soupe à l’Oignon – Lyon’s traditional, home-style onion soup gratin topped with toasted bread, Comté cheese and black pepper; and Foie Gras Poêlé aux Figues – aromatic pan-fried foie gras, fresh figs, fig and port wine coulis and brioche cubes, a go-to dish from Aquitaine.
