Duck Or Foie Gras

Every Thursday evening, the Ventisi buffet dinner is enhanced with a choice of a duck or foie gras dishes, which are freshly prepared and served to diners at their table. Guests are invited to savour a selection of distinct flavours, fresh ingredients and an array of other Thai and international dishes.

 

Each evening, diners can choose between a selection of Truffled mushroom velouté with foie gras morsels; Pan-seared foie gras with stewed apples, aged balsamic, wild rocket; Tagliolini with black truffle cream and pan-seared foie gras; and Chinese roasted duck with special gravy.

The buffet dinner also includes a large variety of fresh seafood on ice, scrumptious appetisers, salads and soups. Mouth-watering mains include premium cuts of meat, fish, Thai favourites, and Italian classics, plus a selection of international cheeses, desserts and ice cream.

 

The Duck and Foie Gras Thursday Buffet Night delights are served 6pm–10pm and is priced at Bt1,590++ per adult, Bt936 for children aged 6–11 years of age, while kids under 5 dine for free. Diners can enjoy free flow drinking water, soft drinks, coffee or tea for only an additional Bt149++ per person.
