Themed after Bangkok’s famed Chinatown, gourmet fans are invited to experience a slice of Yaowarat as a dedicated food corner is being added to the spectacular dinner buffet at Praya Kitchen, Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse every Thursday – Sunday.


If you are interested in the culinary charms of Yaowarat at night, then the latest buffet from Praya Kitchen is what you need to mark on your calendar. Spoil yourself with a range of mouth-watering dishes, including seafood cooked live from the open kitchen, Oyster Omelet,  Fish Maw Soup, BBQ Suckling Pig and Stir-Fried Crabs with Black Bean Sauce along with an array of fresh seafood at the Seafood Wall, featuring locally sourced crustaceans such as River Prawns, Mud Crabs, Rock Lobsters, Blue Crabs, Mussels and Squids.

After you’ve picked out the seafood you want, select one of the coloured pots which indicate whether it’s stir-fried with garlic, stir-fried with chilli and salt or grilled. Then sit back and wait for the chefs to masterfully prepare your dish at the live cooking stations. Other memorable Chinese delights include desserts such as hilled noodle with ginkgo and jujube water chestnut and peanuts.


Praya Kitchen invites diners to indulge in a variety of top menu items under the theme of A Slice of Yaowarat every Thursday to Sunday. The dinner buffer is priced at Bt1,688++ per person and is available from 6th January – 28th February 2022. A 50% discount is applied for children 4 – 12 years old while children under 4 years old eat for free.
