Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin, the celebrated fine-dining modern Thai cuisine restaurant at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok, continues its drive for an outstanding reputation, adding a fifth year to its one-Michelin-star repute. This prestigious award was announced during the Michelin Guide Bangkok, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Chiang Mai, Phuket & Phang-Nga 2022 award ceremony on 16th December 2021.

 

Senior Head Chef Berm Chayawee Sutcharitchan and his team of artisanal culinarians have unceasingly kept up their superior work by providing guests with an unrivalled culinary experience set forth by Michelin-star chef Henrik Yde-Andersen. These culinary masterminds have continued to create ‘Seasonal Journey’ menus using global cooking techniques with traditional Thai recipes and the best-quality seasonal ingredients while maintaining the traditional familiar Thai flavours.

The Winter Journey menu is now available at Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin until 31st March 2022 with selections of set lunch menus of four courses and six courses; and set dinner menus of six courses and eight courses with choices of juice or tea or wine pairing.

 

Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin is open for luncheon from noon – 3pm (last orders at 1.30pm), with dinner served between 6pm – midnight (last orders at 9pm) every Wednesday to Sunday and on public holidays. The restaurant is located on the lobby floor of Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok.
