The weekend is carefully scripted at Ventisi restaurant as Friday night plays host to the Foie Gras and Truffle buffet while the weekend entertains the popular Thai and Italian lunch buffet. Now, the crafty chefs have introduced an all-new buffet on Saturday nights with a wide array of irresistible Wagyu and Porcini delights, each presented in one sumptuous buffet.


Bring your appetite to feast on a large variety of irresistible fresh seafood on ice; scrumptious appetisers and salads; homemade breads; delicious soups; mouthwatering mains including meat and fish specialties with sides and garnishes; Thai favourites and Italian classics; and a selection of international cheeses served with an array of desserts, pastries and decadent ice-creams.

The open Thai and Italian kitchens allow diners to watch their favourite dishes cooked with the freshest and healthiest ingredients right in front of their eyes. Dishes include unique signature items such as porcini mushroom and ricotta quiche; homemade tagliolini with creamy porcini mushroom sauce; juicy beef Thai wagyu salad; flavourful picanha wagyu steak; succulent roasted wagyu rump steak; tender braised wagyu beef short rib; Neapolitan wagyu beef braciola; sautéed sliced wagyu beef with black bean sauce; spicy wagyu beef green curry; wagyu beef teriyaki skewers; wagyu beef phad krapao; and grilled wagyu beef with naam jim jaew.


The Wagyu & Porcini buffet delights are served from 5pm – 8pm (buffet closes at 7.30) for the incredibly low price of Bt1,290++ (adults), Bt645++ for children aged 5-11, while kids under four-years of age eat for free. Enjoy free flow water, soft drinks, coffee, or tea for only an additional Bt149++ per person.
