Known as the place in Bangkok to sample some of the finest produce imported straight from Spain, UNO MAS restaurant at Central Grand at CentralWorld has lifted the bar once more with its latest offering succulent Rubia Gallega tenderloin of beef.
This high-grade cut packs a deep, distinct flavour thanks to its rich marbling and maturation; in fact, the cattle in the northwestern region of Spain are left to graze on the meadows for up to 12 years, helping to create that intense beefiness.
Now, at UNO MAS, diners can indulge in Executive Chef Sandro Aguilera’s signature of charcoal oven-roasted Rubia Gallega (1kg) which comes served with fresh green salad, extra virgin olive oil, roasted ‘ajillo’ potatoes and a selection of sauces for Bt3,490++.
Available daily from 4pm – midnight, this dish is ideal for sharing as a couple or in a group and is paired perfectly with a large selection of Spanish wines available in the restaurant’s vertical wine cellar.
All dining venues at Centara Grand at CentralWorld have received the Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration: SHA certification for meeting hygiene, health and safety standards issued by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT).
