Signature Sunday Brunch

Throughout September, The St. Regis Bangkok showcases the fruits of the world’s oceans with Signature Sunday Brunch events featuring a variety of fresh crabs and crab-based dishes, complementing the selection of premium dishes on the legendary brunch menu.

 

For this month, diners have the choice of five fresh crab, including Alaskan king crab from the northern Pacific Ocean, prized for its sweet and flavourful taste. Other varieties on offer include live mud crab from Southern Thailand, brown crab from the North Atlantic Ocean, blue swimmer crab from the Andaman Sea and soft-shell crab from Chantaburi Province.

 

Guests can indulge in the delicate flavours of their preferred seafood, steamed and enjoyed with a selection of dips. Chefs at VIU can also prepare dishes to order with the crab of choice cooked in a range of sauces including garlic and chilli sauce, pepper sauce, curry crab sauce, butter sauce and chilli crab sauce.

 

The unlimited a la carte concept of the Signature Sunday Brunch offers numerous combinations of crab and sauce for custom indulgences.

 

The distinct texture and taste of crabmeat are also highlighted in exclusive dishes in the September menu including: crab and avocado salad; crab bisque linguini with white wine brown crab meat; soft-shell crab tempura; and dim sum crab meat.

 

Guests can also enjoy a choice of premium dishes from the Signature Brunch menu, including unlimited servings of lobster served in a variety of ways, seared foie gras, grilled Australian lamb, baked fresh oysters, as well as a wide Western and Asian food selection and an assorted pastries corner with handcrafted delicacies.

 

The St. Regis Bangkok’s legendary Sunday Brunch has been reimagined without the tempting food display, while retaining the refined and uncompromising spirit of the original brunch. Diners can order unlimited dishes from the extensive menu, which are prepared to order and served directly to the table.

 

The Signature Sunday Brunch features five types of crab from around the world.

 

In consideration of the new normal and the parent hospitality group’s Commitment to Clean, guests are reassured that high touch surfaces are disinfected every two hours, with tableware and equipment thoroughly cleaned after every service. All F&B service hosts wash their hands and sanitise every 20 minutes, and wear gloves when removing items from the table. Kitchen and stewarding hosts also wear masks and gloves changed every two hours in fulfilment of the new cleanliness standards.

 

September Signature Sunday Brunch – Crab Highlights:

  • Add Bt1,299++ per person for free-flow wine, beer, Siam Mary and martinis.
  • Add Bt2,100++ per person inclusive of the above, plus free-flow Bollinger Special Cuvée NV Champagne.
