Red Sky’s New Lunch Menu

Dining at Red Sky, Bangkok’s most iconic rooftop restaurant at Centara Grand at CentralWorld, has always been a celebration. Indeed, during these unprecedented times why not treat yourself to the perfect tonic with a set lunch high above the heart of the city? Seated comfortably at a table on the 55th floor, diners can take refuge from the midday heat inside the spacious, air-conditioned dining room, which boasts fantastic views of the city.

 

In keeping with tradition, Chef De Cuisine at Red Sky Christian Ham has specially prepared a wide range of delicious two, three and four-course set lunch menus at very affordable prices normally not associated with rooftop dining. For this special promotion, guests can select a starter plus a main dish or a main dish and a dessert for Bt855++, select three courses for Bt1,055++, or select from all four courses for just Bt1,255++.

 

Tomato and Goat Cheese Mille Feuille.

 

The lunch starter menu includes items such as Red Sky Caesar Salad, Maryland Crab Cakes, Hand Sliced Salmon Carpaccio and Tomato and Goat Cheese Mille-Feuille, while the daily soups are Crustacean Bisque and Wild Forest Mushroom Soup. For the main course selections, mouthwatering dishes feature Seafood Spaghetti, Pan Seared Tasmanian Salmon, Chicken and Mushroom Ragout “Vol au Vent” and Pan-fried Lamb Chops. Topping out the menu are three delicious desserts like Passion Fruit Baba, Valrhona Chocolate Bar and Affogato.
