The restaurant’s point man Chef Dominic Hong has created an amazing, new a la carte menu full of stories for everyone, from meat lovers to seafood enthusiasts and even a new plant-based menu to cater to the vegan healthy lifestyle. Also on offer are an express lunch set menu, a savoury Tapas menu in the evening as well as a not to be missed brunch offering on weekends.
At the Penthouse Grill, apart from the strictest safety and hygiene measures in place, tables are set up in accordance with the privacy and social distancing regulations including the Bar area to accommodate more diners. There will be no alcohol served for the time being as per the Royal Thai government directive. However, a variety of signature and tailor-made mocktails are available for guests’ drinking pleasure.
As regards to the menus, elegance and simplicity in preparation of prime ingredients to please the most discerning diner is Chef Dominic’s culinary forte. On the a la carte menu are such rare gourmet highlights as the 48-hour Cape Grim Short rib from Australia which is slow cooked for 48 hours at a low temperature so that it is still medium but meltingly tender providing a unique beef experience to the mesmerised diner.
No meal is complete without seafood which at Penthouse Grill is served in a bronze tower filled to the brim with some of the finest seafood in the world including Canadian lobster, Alaskan king crab and Hokkaido scallops. Chef Dominic’s Roasted Pumpkin Risotto is one of the restaurant’s favourite healthy dishes made entirely from plant-based products which even non-vegetarians can relish.
Chef Dominic’s express lunch menu is just as delectable featuring such selections as Tomato Panzanella Salad, Chipotle Chicken & Sweet Potato and Cacio e Pepe.
