Succulent Salmon Parade

Guests who dine at Espresso at the InterContinental from now until November 2019 will embark on a culinary journey of the world’s most famous salmon dishes from both the East and West.


At Bt1,400++ per person, guests can enjoy locally-inspired Pha Pla Salmon (Thai spicy salmon salad with smoked chilli paste and herbs), Hor Mok Pla Salmon (Salmon with red curry paste soufflé) and Panaeng Salmon. Additionally, for a taste of salmon in its purest form, diners can relish the freshness of salmon sushi and sashimi.


Heading westward, the chefs of Espresso will also be serving grilled salmon hot plates for barbeque enthusiasts. On rotation daily will be Salmon with Basil Pesto Sauce, Salmon with Saffron Sauce and Salmon with Thermidor Sauce. Salmon also works equally well in Western-style salad recipes like Poached Salmon with Asparagus and Smoked Salmon with Potato Salad, both of which will be on offer, among others. Altogether, this range of salmon specialties is sure to appeal to diners of all tastes and preferences.
