Dim Sum Treats

Dim Sum lovers will be jumping for joy when they learn that Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse has confirmed the services of Chef Shawn Xing and Chef Jack Qi, two renowned chefs from JW Marriott Hotel Zhengzhou, China at the award-winning Yào Restaurant. The Dim Sum Feast promotion is available for lunch from 10 – 21 August 2019 (except Monday 12 August).

 

For the first time ever, Yào Restaurant invites Dim Sum devotees to indulge in the unlimited Dim Sum lunch with an array of special Dim Sum delicacies prepared by Chef Shawn Xing and Chef Jack Qi who are both currently based at JW Marriott Hotel Zhengzhou.

 

Chef Shawn Xing will be in residence at Yao Restaurant from 10 – 21 August only.

 

The chefs will be showcasing more than 20 delectable Cantonese Dim Sum delicacies from steamed and fried items as well as mouth-watering soups and desserts. Highlights include dishes such as Shrimp Shumai, Xiao Long Bao, Crab with Scallop Dumpling, Traditional Noodle Hui Mian City with Lamb Stew, Cantonese Style BBQ pork Puff and Sichuan Soup. Round out an impressive lunch with Chilled Mango Sago Cream with Pomelo and Ice Cream.

 

Feast on an array of delicious Dim Sum delicacies made by masters of this ancient Chinese cuisine.

 

The all-you-can-eat Dim Sum is served from 11.30 – 14.30 for just Bt888++ per person, Monday – Friday (except Monday 12 August) and at Bt1,288++ on Saturday and Sunday. The price includes free flow Chinese tea.
