Spectacular Seafood Buffet

Every Friday and Saturday night, the Seafood Buffet at Up & Above Restaurant, The Okura Prestige Bangkok, offers a cornucopia from the ocean and much more besides. To whet the appetite, Executive Chef Alvaro Roa welcomes guests with an amuse bouche of pan-seared foie gras, brioche a tete and mango chutney. In addition to fresh seafood on ice – shucked oysters, mussels, prawns, crab and rock lobster served with a choice of condiments – hot menu highlights include grilled scallops on the half-shell with miso butter and spring onions, traditional Spanish seafood paella, grilled river prawns with seafood sauce, grilled oysters on the half-shell with ponzu and wasabi mayonnaise, a pot of steamed green mussels in a white wine reduction and a selection of succulent sushi.

Adding to the epicurean experience are live pasta, Yakitori and Takoyaki stations. Weekend evenings are a great time to indulge family and friends with local and international culinary treats at The Okura Prestige Bangkok’s award-winning restaurant Up & Above.

The Seafood Buffet is available every Friday and Saturday night from 2nd November 2018 from 6.30pm 10.30pm and is priced at Bt1,800++ per person inclusive of soft drinks.
